Marcus White says: in this instance the subject chosens (Richard Clune) hair loss would be considered too extensive to be an appropriate candidate for Toppik. He has about 2-3% remaining hair at the back (crown) and virtually nothing on the frontal area. In his words "the results at the back were amazing".
The reporter, Steven Corby does confirm that the product was "an almost complete success", had he used an appropriate candidate he would have found the product was "a complete success".
